Keep off your skin!!!!! I just applied this to my bus, using it around new side marker lights. While I can't speak to the long term performance, yet, I can say this stuff seems like it 100% eliminates chances for leaks. If is so thick, tacky, and spreadable, just this perfect balance of getting the job done but still being workable.
I used my finger to smooth around edges as I do with silicone. Don't do this ungloved. The stuff is a huge pain to get off your hands, acetone, orange pumice hand cleaner, mineral spirits, and hot water can't combine to get it off. This all speaks to the durability of the product, if that won't take it off, I think my new lights won't be leaking for many years...if ever.
At this point, seems like a total winner.
