I was looking forward to this cake, but it was awful. It had a taste like plastic or chemicals. Should have returned it but I was so disgusted I simply trashed it. Wasted my money.

I have ordered this cake twice before, and it was wonderful both times. But I just ordered it again and had a TERRIBLE experience.
I opened up the box and was super excited to have gotten the cake because I hadn't had one in so long. So I took it out of the box, of course, and looked at it, and it looked kind of weird - especially in the middle. I cut a few pieces for my sister and I, and we each took a bite. I had been bragging about how great it was going to taste. But it tasted HORRIFIC. It had a rubbery, metal after taste. And upon closer inspection was COVERED in spots of mold.
There was mold along the entire outside and covering the hole in the middle of the cake. There was even mold in the bag that it came in (which I noticed as I was throwing everything away).
I AM EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED AND UPSET. I was so excited...
For the amount of money that I paid for this stupid cake, I either expect a refund or to at least get a new, non-moldy cake. This is ridiculous.
