VERY helpful for my sore back!

When used for brief periods (5-15 minutes max), this thing is incredibly helpful! I find myself needing it less frequently over time because it has helped me so much. It is reasonably well made, too. There are no downsides to this great gadget. It has really helped me a lot!!!!

This is a little uncomfortable to use but gives a great stretch! The construction is excellent and may fell more comfortable as I get back into better alignment. I would recommend it and will keep using it. I am only using it once a day and for a couple minutes.

The best bang for your money this will last probably the longest and actually is the simplelist to use. I use this in my car couch and floor and is soft it's very comfortable yet every time I use it I get a crack or two from my back I would absolutely recommend this product .

I combine this with my swing machine under my ankles and a large pool noodle under my neck. It brings about a relaxation that would be great after a hard days work or you find yourself having difficulty sleeping.

my husband had previously used another product as seen on tv. he prefers that but says this one stretches almost as well.. he has arthritis in his spine due to an old injury and using a stretcher seems to give him relief
