reassuringly soft

I'm really happy with this brush. My main concern is for the bristles to be soft enough on wheel finishes, and this one comes through. The bristles have a fluffy, split end feeling, much softer than some past brushes I've owned from more expensive brands like Oxo. Think of a soft toothbrush rather than a hard one. The handle is rather short, so you do have to crouch down, but the coverage is wide so you can sweep away grime in one motion. A bargain for quality.

Awesome wheel brush, get the rest of the dirt off that the power washer couldn't get off, and a piece of mind for myself knowing that I wont scratch my rim with this brush. The bristles are very soft on this brush and does the work well. just dip into soapy water and scrub off the excess dirt that are still on the tire.
I only use this brush for washing car wheels and tires.

The bristles on this brush are soft enough not to scratch your wheels and therefore they require a little effort on your part to clean the wheels. This is especially true if your wheels are dirty and have a ton of brake dust on them. I wash my car weekly but sometimes neglect the wheels for a week or two, but they get done monthly at the very least. If you don't clean them that often, you may have issues with this brush not being stiff enough to clean, but I don't think that's what this product was intended for.
This brush takes in and holds a lot of cleaner. When I rinse it out after use, it takes a few seconds to get all the cleaner out of it. It is important you do that each use as the cleaner will attract dirt of its own. After rinsing, shake like you're throwing it on the ground but keep a hold of it! Do that 3 times and you'll get all the water out. Store with your car cleaning stuff and it will last a while. I've had mine for 3 years with at least twice monthly use and it still works as well now as it did new.

Simplicity is what it is all about with Mother products in my opinion. Simply the best brush yet! The brush is ideal for cleaning my car rims / wheels and the tire wall itself. I am happy that this item was available to purchase on Amazon online and am sure you will be too. Buying it for the cost and the effectiveness of cleaning those tight space on your car rim.

I thought cleaning my wheels with this brush was going to be a breeze and was so anxious to try it out, but after only two wheels my hand was in pain. It has a very bad ergonomic design; not only that, it's also to big to get into all the nooks and crannies and after I rinsed the wheel there were still a lot of missing spots where the brush wasn't able to get in.
I guess it depends on the type of wheel design, but for mine (image attached) it didn't work that great. I can do a better cleaning job with a regular wash mitt. I really wanted to love this product but it didn't work as I expected.
I have also used to clean plastic trim and it does a great job.
The bristles are soft and the general construction seems durable (although the red plastic is a little lower quality than I expected).
