Game changer!

This worked wonders on my tennis elbow! I was skeptical but it has truly been a game changer while playing pickle ball. No Advil in over a week!
Perfect deterrent for pickleball elbow

This item is perfect for shock absorption that will allow the use of any type of paddle rather than being stuck with one brand of special paddle. After having TE bad for almost 2 years and then finding this, I will never play without it!
Good product

I have had 2 shoulder surgeries so taking every precaution. I use a vibration-damping paddle, and added this shock absorber about 2 months ago. The help has not be dramatic, but I believe beneficial.
It is pricey for what it is, but cheaper than physical therapy. Well made. Adjustable wrist band.

I've tried just about everything - this seems to work best!

I've tried all sorts of braces, wraps & straps, seriously I bought them all - this is the one that really seems to keep the pain away!
I have kept the OS1st & Kunto Braces - that seemed to have helped when I had the pain but the pain still continued (of course I didn't stop playing...)
Then found used the braces and this Tenex Shock Absorber and used both - and little by little the pain went away.
Now I always use the TENEX when I play tennis (which is daily) - haven't used a brace in a few months. I have very minor pain - usually just a little stretching and massage helps afterwards.
The very once in a while I forget the TENEX, I do notice extra soreness in my elbow and arm and notice need a day or two off. I just about never forget it anymore!!! I will be buying a second, to keep as a backup if this one ever fails. I don't ever want to play without this!
Again, it took a while before I got better, but it was noticeable help with my healing once I got it and now with it on daily I feel great and can play every day!
