After taking my cassette off for a deep cleaning I must have lost a spacer. Doing some research pointed me in the direction of this spacer which goes behind the largest cog on the wheel side for a 10-speed Shimano cassette. The spacer is made of steel so I am sure it's not the lightest but you can hardly feel the weight when holding it in your hand. After installation there was no side to side play in my cassette and the shifting was back to as smooth as ever. Glad I found this instead of having to potentially replace an entire cassette. I am running a Shimano 105 5700 cassette for anyone interested in compatibility.
