I first tried an Aeromat at a Crossfit gym and was so impressed with the quality, the cushion and comfort. I was so glad to be able to find the same mat on Amazon so that I could buy one to take to my own Crossfit Box. I use it for the usual sit-up kinds of things, but also to cushion the floor for burpees and to cushion boxes for dips. Best mat I've found.

These are Awesome mats!!! Great for stretching or to roll your body with a foam roller or to do drills on the ground! But we have to make this clear....these "Are NOT" Yoga mats so they are not fit for yoga so if you look for yoga mats don't buy these. Don't make the same mistake others made and then complain like an infant that these don't serve your purpose. Other than that these mats are simply great. Me and my husband love them. They are sooo soft but firm. Highly recommend them.
