Unfinished Factory Reject.

The item I received must have been a factory reject or it slipped through quality control. Glue (dried) was dripping on the underside in long lines where they stuck the base stem to it. The glue oozed out and was never wiped off. The paint was ruined underneath. Furthermore it looked like somebody had taken a permanent black marker and squiggled around the circumference just under the top lip and above the base all around. It was simply awful.
I couldn't return it as I am in Australia and amazons process doesn't really cater for international returns. Also I couldn't complain to the supplier because you have to go through Amazon, they don't let you so the only option was "return" and as I said not an option as the cost was prohibitive, and the process and time just wasn't worth it.
In any event on this item I lost money not only in cost but overseas postage as well.
I hope you end up with a good one.
