I'm writing this review simply to clear up confusion. Previous reviews talked about this skirt being sewed together and looking like a bubble when worn. The skirt comes with a seam sewed around it to keep it looking crisp and not wrinkled during transit. You will need a seam ripper to remove the thread. It's an annoying step, but the quality of product is good. This is common among uniforms. It would be nice if they sewed it like a feed bag with a plastic strip between thread and fabric so it would be easy to remove. That is the biggest downfall of this product. It's otherwise great.
