Works wonders! It might take a few days to get things moving. Don't expect instant results but it will work. Do not take too much at once, allow your body to adjust to the increase in fiber slowly by increasing the amount slightly every week.

It takes about a week to get used to the no sugar, no sweetener deal here, but for me, this is the best way to add necessary fiber to your diet. Especially a guy like me who is in his late forties. This stuff is a daily for me. Never miss a dose. Glad I could find the no sweetener version on Amazon.
