The Italian Olive Salad is delicious! Once caveat is that you'll get olive oil in the mixture of the salad ONLY if you order in 1 gallon containers. The olive salad dispensed in containers less than 1 gallon are mixed with canola oil. Nevertheless, it's a hearty accompaniment to salads, fish, tuna, pasta and this morning I mixed it with an egg omlet.
I gave it 4 stars only because of the ordering requirements mentioned above.
