Cannot beat the quality of stainless steel fittings by Attwood. This device replaced a plastic OEM part that broke very soon after acquiring the boat. I don't think I'll ever have to replace this one.
But the product did seem to be good quality I had to return it

Due to not having a proper dimension sheet In the description I bought this thinking it was for a 1" hole and not a 1" barb size.. But the product did seem to be good quality I had to return it.

a little expensive compared to the cheap non-metallic kind but fit my bilge hose just fine. Looks pretty clean on the outside of the hull as well. It came with the lock nut but you will have to get some silicone adhesive that is rated for above/below water line for through hull fittings. I will probably replace the other through hulls with this same style as the need arises.

I am in the process of replacing the deteriorating plastic thru-hullfittungs on our 1999 model boat. This one is solid and well made. Just added a bit of marine adhesive to seal the flange to the hull and keep it from twisting.
