It did not work correctly when received. When I applied 12v to the solenoid, It activated but then about 10sec later it disconnected. I removed power and reapplied and same results. This was done with and without a load on the main posts. Product looks great and quality looks good. Just received a bad unit. I am returning.

I added these to my drag cars when in put in alternators. Works great and isolates the alternator from the battery circuit if the master power switch is thrown to avoid damaging voltage spikes.

Used as intended to isolate trailer's auxiliary battery from main van battery. Used E-KYLIN fuse tap to access key-switched auxiliary power to activate isolator's coil. Isolator seems to be of high quality and it has worked without issue from the start. It would be nice if they provided some sort of snap-on power terminal insulator though. Depending on where it's mounted, the top-mounted terminals could make accidental contact a problem.
