It was much more comfortable than I imagined, functional and does not look too bad either. Assembly was not easy though, especially the corner unit. Because all the 45degree screws have no drill holes, and there was almost two dozen of those on the corner unit. I positioned all the pieces and hand screwed all of them as careful as possible and still splitted the wood a bit in two places. It was almost like an ill-fitting puzzle, impossible to get it totally right, but I am satisfied with the end result.

I absolutely love this bench, it's perfect for families with children. Keeps the kids from dragging chairs around the house and it looks great in my dining room.
Storage under seats is great. Probably won't hold up long term

Perfect fit for my five kids. Just what I was looking for. Six chairs around the table was just too much and made my kitchen feel cluttered. This bench helped solve my problem.
I put it together by myself in a couple hours. Directions were clear.

Corner piece has never lined up and we couldn't put it completely together. We've been using it as two benches. They are sturdy though and storage space is nice for extra tablecloths or table decorations.
