There are small felt stickers on the base that immediately came off and were completely useless. Ended up chipping a ton of boar

Spacers are cheap (though I've not yet found any better), block doesn't have grooves in it to catch the top of the laminate instead of the interlocking piece. The metal pull bar is acceptable and very similar to any other metal one I've seen. There are small felt stickers on the base that immediately came off and were completely useless. Ended up chipping a ton of boards until we went out to the local store and got a better block.
Check for sharp edges before use

So I purchased this set because I recall need a pull bar. I started my project and found I couldn't make this tool or get it locally. The items are good not great. I have beaten up the block already and the spacers are fairly cheep. The pull bar is sharp on the edges. I used it right a way and left small scratches on my floor. I hand not thought to check the bottom edges. When you out it down and use it as described, these sharp edges dig into you floor. I hit it with a sander and smoothed out the edges.
Worked like a charm with our trafficmaster floating laminate flooring
Kelliar•August 12, 2016
We had right around 1000 sq ft of laminate wood flooring to install and had never installed it before. So my husband watched a youtube video using a similar set, ordered this, and things couldn't have gone any better. He originally thought he would only be using the pull bar, but he wound up using everything in the set. He completed 3 bedrooms, 4 closets, 2 hallways and a great room (living/dining) using this set and all the pieces held up perfectly and everything is in good condition to be able to use again should we ever need to do more flooring (which my husband says he hopes to never have to do again, even though it all went well. was just very tedious and boring I guess). The flooring we installed was trafficmaster and we would definitely recommend this set to anyone installing a similar floor. The results look very professional in our opinion. Worked great and the price is great too!
Good product!

Good product for laminate flooting, I read a lot of bad reviews before deciding to buy. I decided to buy anyways. I got 2 of these just in case one broke i had a back up, I also purchased a throw back hammer 1lb just to tap the floor if you drop it won't scratch the floor. You do not have to beat the floor if you put them in right and read the instructions carefully!

After about 200 sqft of flooring the bar started to bend, and actually made some nicks in the flooring. I had to put an additional felt bad on the corner, and then had to hit the small end back every few hits. The tapping block also didn't last very long. It has a lot of chips that have come off of the corners, which makes it hard to keep it on the edge of the flooring
