I have opened two cans now from the case I bought and both have grey pieces floating in them. Very frustrating for the price I've paid for these.

I've ordered this before and it was nice and creamy- I use coconut milk to make yogurt- on my last batch, the new cans had a texture that was VERY WRONG as visibly so when set side by side withthe others- even when put in a blender, it still had a curdled appearance and refused to blend smooth- also had a very grey hue to it- the prior batch made fine yogurt, smooth, good smelling- the new stuff basically caused some sort of mutant bacteria to infest my kitchen- I am now spraying as much lysol as my kitchen can take- don't know what it will take to recover from this! Before any incubation- a photo of the different milks side by side- they were both sitting in the same cabinet, same temperature, everything. Be wary of the ones with numbers starting in 01 on the bottoms, all mine with numbers starting 00 were fine

I'm giving this three stars because it tastes ok and doesn't have any additives. However, aesthetically it's gross. It's a grayish color and appears almost curdled in texture. It's fine blended up in smoothies, but it would not be nice just to dollop on top of a bowl of berries, for instance, (I am very familiar with canned coconut milk, and know that you have to stir it up. This is the only one I've ever experienced that has this texture, including others that have no additives, gum, or stabilizers.) It tastes good and I like that's it's only coconut, but I don't like the look of it. It's grayish instead of pure white and it doesn't turn my coffee creamy. Instead it's granular looking.

Delicious! Nice even consostency, slightly nutty flavor, very pure. It's not super thick, but the difference between this and the milk is that these don't have that watery separation at all. Just creaminess throughout.
