I have tried many a coconut milk for both cooking as well as just drinking and this is by far the best one. Not only that by ordering it by the case I save,,,win win. This coconut milk is being organic is better for you and it doesn;t have the coconut taste at all. I shake it up before opening and keep it in the fridge. I use it in my coffee as well as cook with it.

Not creamy at all. Used 2 cans so far, both had a congealed clump and the rest was liquid. I believe this is the Guam gum that causes this. Will use it up by putting in blender but won't purchase this brand again.

I like this brand and have reordered it a time or two. However, in the last shipment, some cans of it were very separated and lumpy. The only way to get it back into "coconut milk" is to blend it for a few minutes. Other than that this is a great brand.
