I tow a large 44 foot fifth wheel tow hauler. This tank is low enough that the fill neck, and level gauge all clear my roll up bed cover with room to spare when not towing. Well made in USA. The only problem I had on my 2017 Ram 3500 long bed Cummin's is where the bolt flanges on tank are located by factory the two, one on either side ended up inside bed frame cross support. There is a hole in it on the bottom on each side close enough to your holes you drill for the bolts that with a little imagination you can get the nuts on the bolts. Get the proper install kit for the truck you drive and you will love having the extra fuel. I can run hard all day towing and still not be into the 35 gallons the truck fuel tank carries. It gravity feeds right into fill neck and keeps truck tank full until it runs out. When you see fuel gauge start to drop you know your on your last 35 gallons. Not to bad for a 61 year old to install with a hand from a friend.

Package arrived on time and in perfect condition from the shipping agent. Easy install with two people. Be sure to look for any cross members in the frame prior to drilling mounting holes. Works as expected. Nothing better than knowing I have 95 gallons of fuel available for a trip!

One of the best purchases I have done for my F-350, we recently took a trip to Hillsville, VA prior to going we made the decision to purchase the RDS tank. After reading reviews of different manufactures RDS stood out to having a better built tank. I wasnt sorry making the purchase, we outfitted the tank with a dual filter setup "water seperator & fuel filter" along with a carter fuel pump and electric solenoid.

Our reasoning in purchasing the tank was our 42' 5th wheel, though the F-350 will pull it just fine the truck does have a problem passing a truck stop without filling up the stock tank. With the combination of the stock Ford tank and this one it gave us apox 100 gallons of fuel which is a decent range, once we would pull the stock tank down to a half way just flip the switch and it fills it back up in about 10 minutes.

I WILL CAUTION ALL FORD OWNERS, THE FUEL GAUGE RESPONDS SLOW PAY VERY CLOSE ATTENTION TO IT.
