These are quite nice and are working out well. They help me save space by placing several pots (in hanging basket) in a vertical fashion instead of taking up too much floor or tabletop space. I now own three of these and do no regret buying these at all.
I will say that some of the rubber "O" rings have deteriorated in just several month's time. But if you are careful not to swing the arms around too aggressively you can get away without using them at all. They don't appear to be mandatory in order for the curved arms to maintain their position along the vertical rod.

I liked the first one so much that I now have two. I've been using them indoors, because my deck is under construction. That creates a little mess because I chose flowers that drop their leaves and have to clean up every day. I think I will put them away or select different plants for the winter, and then use them outside next year.

This is exactly what I was looking for. I've not yet used it, but it's put together and ready for plants. It was easy to put together. It's a bit heavy, but I think just about anyone could move it from place to place (before you put the plants in it) The frame is quite sturdy and so is the base. I'm going to use it for artificial ivy plants on the front of my patio to use as a block so people can't look in my window, but as sturdy as it is, I'm sure it would hold much heavier pots.

Although the directions are sketchy at best, I figured out how to assemble this. I live in an apartment with a little balcony, and this yard butler enables me to hang my plant baskets and bird feeders. It is a decent quality product. Just wish the directions were more explicit. You will need a phillips screwdriver when putting this together. Also, you may want to anchor the base down if you get gusty winds. I plan on hanging suet and winter bird seed on this when the cold weather comes.

Like some others I purchased this for my bird feeders - they took to it right away - they really seem to like it and perch on the top of the plant branches waiting for an opening.
Haven't figure out what to do with the pot rings but like another reviewer's idea of placing a ball gazer in them.
I didn't waste time with the rubber o rings and purchased the Precision Brand M10S Micro Seal, Miniature All Stainless Worm Gear Hose Clamp, 1/2" - 42370 (Pack of 10).
I didn't realize there were screws at the bottom of the box in a small package and used my own and then re-did them with theirs when I found them in the box!
It's a bit rickety so we place several largish rocks on the base.
Haven't figure out what to do with the pot rings but like another reviewer's idea of placing a ball gazer in them.
