I waited to use the pans a few times before writing a tried and tested impression. My toughest challenge for the pan was salted caramel brownies. I like making individual in a muffin pan rather than slicing square. The pan is spotless after easily removing brownies. I have included a picture of the pan right after removing the brownies. It barely needs a rinse wash. There are two tips I might give. One: follow the hand wash recommendation, it is effortless really and two: allow food to cool somewhat before removing...not all treats require cooling but gooey or sticky items remove effortlessly when cooled. I used an off the shelf salted caramel brownie mix. Baked for 22 minutes and allowed them to cool completely. Made 12 perfect brownies. I have also made smores, raspberry danish, egg cups, cupcakes and rice krispy treats. No pan spray needed. Made in the USA sealed the perfection.

So I had made mini egg frittatas in my old muffin tin and trying to scrub the egg residue off was torture and I had vowed never to make them again until a friend told me about this brand of bakeware! I tried the exact same receipt with this muffin tin and the results were amazing! I only had to rinse the muffin tin with soapy water because nothing stuck to it at all. I can't wait to make muffins without having to use cupcake liners. And I will be buying the rest of the set as soon as I can!!

One thing which can be said about this muffin pan is that it is unsentimental. No matter how hot the time shared with the muffins has been, the moment that the baking is over, it is ready to say good-bye to them with no strings attached. I am sixty years old and have spent too much of my life prying muffins out of overly attached muffin tins. How happy I am that this tin knows that it has only two jobs - hold the muffins while they bake, then release them - and does both beautifully. When my muffins are out of the oven, I invert the tin and the muffins spring out with alacrity.

Fantastic! Just made blueberry muffins. I did not use muffin liners or any butter/spray. They came right out and easy to clean. Check out the pics.

I purchased this pan to make hamburger buns, and the results were AMAZING ...I'm not even a good baker and they were effortless. I got the recipe from The King Arthur website. My husband swore I store bought the buns haha. I will never by store bought buns again, the taste does not even compare. I also love that the product was made in the USA! The quality of the pan is what really makes me love it most. Out of all my baking pans (and I have several from expensive places) this pan cleans up easiest and always looks brand new. I need another one so I can make more buns at one time!
