Excellent hammer, I wish it had the inverted waffle option but the smooth face has been working well.
I occasionally get bouts of "tennis elbow", switched to a wood handle hammer and it helped dramatically. This hammer is even better.

I have been a GC for over 35 years and have used just about every kind of hammer made, many of them were titanium, this will be my go to hammer from now on, the balance and comfort surpass all the others. It is made well and I put some super glue on the screws to hold them tight. I would recommend this hammer to anyone that uses one day in and day out. It is pricey but worth every penny.

Very comfortable hammer to use. Light weight, minimal shock, gets the job done. Nail magnet and center nail pull slot is are very nice features. If you have a ton of demolition work to do get a crowbar. This not designed as a primary nail puller, though it will work. It's all about saving your elbow and arm and expending less energy to drive nails by hand.

titanium is worth the cost. Don't buy a steel hammer under the thought it will last forever, because your arm won't last as long as the hammer will. Bite the bullet and do yourself a favor. Estwings are known for the damage they cause the user. So why would you consider using one? This is the most versitile wooden handled hammers I have found. Well worth the upgrade. Your worth it.
