This was another disappointing purchase I made. This was according to the seller fit all Sirius radios, not so, save your money. I would have returned it, but I had a connection that fit the radio. I cut the ends and replaced it, but it still didn't work, at this point I don't even know if the adapter worked anyway. Save your money if you can't find it locally, it's a waste.

Ordered part SSP1935 for Sirius, received part SMPS5V2A marked for XM. Adapter outputs 5V-DC and Plug fits Sirius car adapter but SIRIUS radio does not work with this power adapter. SIRIUS radio has NO SIGNAL when powered via this adapter. Using same antenna, same base, and same radio and the SIRIUS12Volt car adapter the SIRIUS radio full signal and works fine. A waste of money and returning would cost more than original cost.. I would not recommend this product for a SIRIUS radio.

After carefully looking at reviews and feeling I was ordering the right item for the correct fit, it turned out to be the wrong item with the power recepticle opening being too small. And, though the packaging was labeled with the same part number I ordered, the part number on the actual part did not match.
