This is my third one. The first, I lost in a divorce (true story). The second is still being used and it is in its tenth year. Now this one is for my new wife to use because one just is never enough.
This style of boot dryer will work for years without ever needing to unplug it. I use on every shoe and boot I have. As soon as the shoe comes off, it goes right on the dryer to keep them fresh. Great for the ski boots and inline skates as well.

My cycling shoes have been through a lot and I thought after daily riding in the Portland rainy season I'd have to throw them out because of the rancid stink from trapped moisture. This guy has breathed new life into them! Even after the soggiest of rides my shoes will be bone dry by the next morning. They are also just slightly warm, which is nice. This is a slow, overnight dry though - not much heat is given off but that's probably a good thing - they work perfectly for their intended purpose. My only complaint is the lack of on/off switch, that would be nice... but I'm sure the power consumption of the tiny heating element is pretty minimal.

I was skeptical about this, but I ride mtn bikes in a lot of water and need those shoes dried by the next day. This blows a very light stream of air that you cannot hear and dries your shoes slow enough to not hurt any material or create heating issues. I leave it on all night and my shoes are warm and dry in the morning. I do take my insoles out, which is recommended, as the trapped water under your insoles is hard to dry. Great product and I plan on getting the glove accessory next.

An absolute must have if you live in the cold. I work in the snow, rain, and mundane when I get home from work I throw my boots on this. Within an hour or two there dry and any smell is eliminated. The power consumption isn't noticeable and there is no noise. Highly recommended.
