How did I ever live without this ruler!

Wonderful product! I made graduation sashes for family this year (high school and college). I finally was able to cut straight lines easily and quickly. No more cutting of my paper pattern or slipping of my ruler. No more cutting frustration. Just learned about this ruler a few weeks ago and ordered immediately. Well worth the money!!!
Happy Straight Fast Easy Strips!

This is so much easier to use than just a straight ruler and measuring 2 1/2", lining it up praying your hand doesn't slip. No mistakes, no wonky middles from the folds - all happy strips ready to use and fast! Just line it up as directed and cut as directed. I was sweating it when I wanted to make a quilt out of my stash instead of the pre-cuts I would have to buy. I researched this ruler to compare with other June Tailor rulers and this was the one to make 2 1/2" strips. I also like the videos available on YouTube on the use of the rulers. This was how I researched it. I went to June Tailor's website and they have links. The demonstrations were through and easy to grasp. This is what sold me on this brand. Again I watched it when I was ready to cut my first strips. I highly recommend this ruler for 2 1/2" strips. I don't remember if this has other cutting capabilities so research for your needs. Happy! Happy Happy!
Perfect cuts with ease

I love the Shape Cut Pro. I'm new to quilting and was a little nervous about messing up expensive fabric. But, this ruler took all my worries away. It's easy to use and a perfect line each time. The size is perfect if you buy fabric in yards. You just lay the ruler over the fabric cut at the 0-0 mark to remove the scrap edge and off you go. If you like jelly rolls this is the wonderful at 2.5 inches. I strongly suggest Youtube some video's before buying. There are some great one out there showing how to use the ruler. I like cutting six layers at a time, June Tailor website says you can go up to eight layers of fabric.
Easy to use with perfect results. LOVE IT.

FRIGGIN' AWESOME. easy to use and perfect results. LOVE IT.
UPDATE, May 1, 2015. I have had this ruler / tool for several weeks now and have had 'reason' to use it several times. I am here to tell you this thing is simply amazing. If June Tailor did not win some sort of creativity award for this thing, they sure missed out.
The only problem with this http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001J9HWIY/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_0 is if you don't keep up with how much you need to cut, you will just keep cutting and cutting ... it's just so dang easy to do! Believe me, I'VE DONE IT! Now I have 2-1/2" strips and 5" squares that I will "have" to do something with LOL !
Simply put, it really is a great investment. My husband actually asked me to enlarge a throw to a queen sized quilt ... and it was made with 5" squares. The website was sold out, so I bought yardage and made my own. Needed 84, cut them out in about 20 minutes, maybe not that long. Probably would have gone quicker if I would have folded the fabric again, it was only folded in half, you know, two layers. Not sure how it would have done folded twice (four layers). Probably fine.
The rotary cutter does act a little sticky -- I tried both my Fiskars 45mm and the Olfa 45mm and my Fiskars 60mm. None of them 'glide', but once you get started and know how it's going to feel, it's okay, whichever one you choose to use.
Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001J9HWIY/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_0 .
Put it on your Mother's Day, Father's Day, or Fourth of July list! Just GET ONE !!

AMAZING MUST HAVE RULER

I had seen this used on a YouTube video so purchased it. LOL, wished I had know about this many years ago. Very easy to use and I didn't have any problems with entering the groove to start my cut as a few others had written about. I used the technique as posted about tipping my blade sideways a little and worked like a charm.
My favorite use was for 300+ 3.5" background squares. Zipped right through it in no time just by flipping the ruler the other direction after the vertical cuts were make.
My second favorite use is it made easy short work of cutting leftover scraps from my project into my most frequently used strips and squares for me to store in my containers.
