I bought two for a double-door garage where the doors were always on the windward side during storms and I'd accumulate decent puddles in the garage from what seeped under the doors. I thought the water might still get through at the corners but after a few good storms I have yet to get any water in the garage.

This worked great. Unfortunately, the adhesive that comes with it was dry so I ended up having to go to Home Depot to get adhesive. The problem i was having was water was puddling at the bottom of my shops' roll-up door when it rained and going into the shop, this keeps the water out. And when I say puddle I mean a 1 inch tall puddle, it does seap a bit under the seal, but again we are talking a fairly large sitting puddle. I have cut a channel that re-routes the flowing water away from the door bottom, so this really helps with the minor seepage.

Added a slab beside my slabbed shop a few years ago. Poor planning on my part resulted in both slabs being at the same level and so rainwater runs in. This threshold works like a charm. Cuts to fit very easily. I wanted a clear adhesive rather than the supplied white so used clear Lexel. We had 3/4" of rain a few days after completion. Zero water inside. Very happy with the results .. Just wish I'd done this a few years ago.

The garage doesn't have any sort of water channel or lip to prevent water from getting past the door seal. I replaced the door seal first hoping this would resolve the issue. Installation was easy, I used a sharpie to mark the concrete and tin snips to cut it to fit. I used the entire tube of caulking, and was worried I'd run out, but there was just enough. See attached picture to see how well its working, the forecast calls for 3.5" of rain over the next day or two. Glad I did this before the rain! Does not interfere with door operation, and not really noticeable walking/driving over it

Ever since I moved into my house a couple years ago I have been having issues with rain water running in to my garage. My driveway slopes a little towards my garage and the water has been finding it's way in. I looked for a solution for a few days and came across this product and after reading the reviews and seeing how it worked I went ahead and ordered one.

The product is awesome! It came with everything that I needed to install it onto my garage floor and has directions for every step. There is not much to it at all, basically glue it down with silicone/adhesive that was supplied in the box and you are good to go. The threshold itself is 10ft in length and my actual garage door length was about 9-9.5ft so I did have to cut some of it off. It was not an issue as I was able to just use a box cutter, doesn't require anything fancy to cut it, and it fit right in.

After having it down now for a while I have not had ANY issues whatsoever with rain water coming into my garage now. Love this thing. If you are having issues like I did, get it -- it works.
