A taste of Kauai at home

I tried this for the first time when I was in Kauai. I had it at numerous restaurants and just fell in love! I found these packets on the island and brought home a few but that wasn't enough for me because we ran out quickly. Thank goodness I found this on Amazon. It's more expensive here for sure however it is so good, I don't even mind. It'll keep me satisfied until my next trip to Kauai (I'll have to fully stock up when I go back).

I had this dressing in Hawaii in 2004 and it was hard to get in Los Angeles. Now I can make it at home and it's so delicious...brings me back to the Hawaiian Island :)
