It is as it is described. After I added a winch and chains I was able to lift and service all my bikes and Jet ski's. I do not understand the unsubstantiated negative reviews other than it seems they cannot read. It clearly states the motorcycle and lift table do not come with the advertised "Lift Gate".
Total rip off! all I got was the lift ...

The lift gate is an extremely usable and useful piece of equipment. Traditional stands don't allow you to service headset bearings or swingarm bearings without tippy or precarious Jacks under the motor. Nor do you have to run straps to ceiling trusses, hoping they or the lag bolts hold. The fact that this is tall enough to be used in conjunction with most motorcycle tables makes it even more awesome. It's also invaluable for engine or frame removal.
The quality if this stand is exceptional. It's very solid and robust, it can easily double as a pull up bar. But it also comes apart and can be easily stored against a wall and out of the way.
Overall this is probably one of the most flexible stands I have in my garage. I wouldn't be without it.

Please don't expect the table to come with this so-called lift gate. I feel it is false advertising to make it appear to have the table included. Without the table and without the winch, you really don't have anything except a lighter wallet.
