this thing is great! awesome access to all your tools, no more digging to find what you need. it is pretty heavy, even when empty, but that just shows that its sturdy. i epoxied some rubber feet to the bottom to keep it from sliding around in the vehicle and keep it from getting scratched and rusty on the bottom. its big, no doubt about it, but you can find the dimensions on here to know what you are getting into. seems like it will last forever if not abused. fully loaded, my box weighs 66lbs, but the handle (seems like rubber coated metal, not plastic!) and the latches have no problem dealing with it. its just an awesome high quality toolbox all the way around. you will not be disappointed.
Once tools are put in it only a super strong person will be able to lift it

Really skeptical of this before I bought it. Let me tell you when I got it it was more than what I expected. It's very heavy and feels like it's a tank which is what I wanted a strong durable tool box that can handle a beating. The drawers open up they don't look flimsy, they don't feel flimsy, they feel strong and sturdy like it will last a lifetime. I am absolutely am in love with this toolbox. I often hunt down old toolbox's that are made in the 50s and 40s but this one competes with them. If you're looking for a tough toolbox this is it.

So my retired USAF mechanic brother said this was the only box to buy for my son. It is heavy as heck empty so put a few tools in it and only a real man can lift it. So don't buy it for a wimpy man. My son now has a toolbox for life if he can build enough muscles to lift it.

Very nice portable tool box. Great quality and very good form factor and function. Telescoping trays come out very smoothly. Don't go cheap - this is worth it for a portable tool box. Be aware that it is fairly heavy as reported by others, but if you fill it with tools you need the strong steel walls.
