Dont assemble chair before cushion installation.

The problem with this cushion set lies with installation modifications. DO NOT PUT THE SEAT TOGETHER until you've found detailed instructions on reversing straps, etc. Once that's achieved, it'll likely be an OK product.

bottom cushion works well and is comfortable. seat back cushion hard to fit as it attaches by inserting a round ball on the back of the cushion into the center hole of the seatback. We've torn the foam already trying to get the ball part in and once in, it doesn't want to stay put. ALso makes gripping the chair to pull it in or out more inconvenient as you can't just grab the chair from the top anymore.
Read instructions, watch videos..the cushions will fit!

I recently converted our keekaroo right height chair from the infant insert to the comfort cushions. I hesitated to buy this cushion set because the reviews are horrible. I am very happy with the set. I will admit, getting the back cushion into place is a bit difficult and the video makes it look like you should just pop it into place. It definitely takes manuevering. The seat plate needs lowered and flipped over, and a metal bar needs to be removed in order for the bottom cushion to fit properly. Once everything is adjusted, the chair looks great. My daughter loves her "new" chair. We have had this chair since 2013 and We will have it for many years to come. My daughter was able to use the infant insert until nearly 3yrs of age! It is fantastic!!

the bottom cushion is fine, but the top one DOES NOT FIT INTO MY CHAIR! it is such a shame. I have three of these high chairs - my two prior back cushions fit just fine. It is a shame that the new pieces no longer fit. I don't know why they had to change whatever mold they had. The round piece that fits into the hole is way too big and you have to struggle and push and pull to get it in, and then it just pops right back out and ends up on the floor or on your kid. Boooo Keekaroo!
