These were perfect. A little thin but worked well for a project. Used as kids toys, they would be great. I used a 5 in acrylic ball purchased on Amazon with these pins to create a center piece for a bowling banquet.

The pins could use a little weight on the base. Super easy to tip over while setting the up. We used this set for a neighborhood carnival. Kids up to around age 10 had a lot of fun with the game. I think this is something kids will loose interest in shortly (especially if thy have to set up the pins.) As for quality we used them for 12 hr nonstop with no problems.

Purchased for my son's 3rd birthday, and overall happy with the set. As other reviewers have said, if one of the pins gets squished, it is difficult to fix or pop back into place. The pins could be made of a little stronger material, however it's a $9 bowling set! Good purchase for the price. Pins are taller than others I saw, and 2 balls are better than one. My son is Happy, so I'm Happy.

These bowling pins were perfect as a goodie 'bag' for my son's bowling birthday party! I cut the top off the pins and filled them with pencils, temporary tattoos, a gold medal, a slap bracelet, and bowling lollipops. (I ordered the bowling-themed party favors pkg and lollipops on amazon as well). The bottom of the pins has a tiny hole so I stuck the lollipop stick through that and used it to hold the pins secure in a 'bowling lane' I made out of a cardboard box. I also used a second set as table decorations (including one of the bowling balls as a lollipop holder...I cut out the bottom and finger holes) which the kids loved playing with as well.
