Large deluxe Rolling utility / Shopping cart is bad quality product. The shopping cart is heavy, the wheels are not rotable. Difficult to use this shopping cart for 60+ age people, for pregnant women.
We lost one wheel in our 1st shopping in a store with this cart. My husband wrote to amazon, but amazon said to pay a big price like almost full price for the shopping cart, for return, we had a prime account. So, the return is not professional, and any way you lost your money.
After bent axles wheels, and began a rust on the shopping cart.
We lost our money, and can't use this shopping cart. G.

Bought for convenience for bringing groceries to upstairs apartment. Unfortunately it was more trouble than what it's worth. Although I am very handy, this thing was a pain to put together. It was also a lot bigger than we expected and the wheels make it too big to store in our entry closet. After a few heavy loads of groceries the wheels started wobbling badly off. Afterwards, I saw similar pre-assembled items (and cheaper) at Target and Home Depot. Figured it would be too much of a hassle to try to return, so I will ham it up as a loss. It's in the garage, ready to go out with the next charity donation.
Love the size & can load a full grocery shopping ...

Have small & large with basket.
Small was first & I had trouble with assembly & was shorted some parts. I cannot get front axle/wheels installed. Love the size & can load a full grocery shopping basket of groceries into this small cart. I load it up and then pull it up four steps into house.
Ordered the large with basket -- it IS BIG! It came assembled and well packaged. Have not used it as yet but will certainly put it to use.
As to the plastic grip on the handle -- I used black electrical tape to secure it on each side to the metal handle. This works good & feels much better.

Nice large basket, a slight bit more than the width, and length, of two paper grocery bags. Height is higher than a grocery bag.
To address some of the more common complaints regarding other carts:
1. I thought I wanted swivel front wheels, but choose this after reading about problems with that type. Glad I did my research. This one works just fine, even if I need to tip it backwards before changing direction. It's weighted such that tipping it isn't difficult.
2. These wheels are well-made and well-engineered.
3. There is no obnoxious smell from the rubber.
4. The cart folds easily, even with the wheels on, and is quite flat for storage.
5. There is a metal plate on the bottom surface (covers roughly 2/3 of the area). This, wonderfully, gives stability to the bottom of the cart and prevents things from falling through.
6. The height of the cart handle is very adequate, even for my 6 foot elderly father to use.
7. The wire is doubled, which give added strength, makes the "voids" smaller, and adds to the attractiveness.
OK, Wish I could have valued this at 4.5 stars, but here are two negatives that prevented me from giving it 5 stars:
1. The handle has a black, ribbed, heavy plastic protective sleeve that feels cheap to me. I would have loved for this to be rubber. I used black electrical tape at each end to keep it from sliding. If it doesn't hold up, I'll just remove it. I don't think I'd miss it.
2. I wish the cart had a small basket. Perhaps one that could be attached either on the inside, or outside, of the main basket, as needed. That would make it absolutely ideal!

Well, the instructions are difficult, the front wheels came off the first time I used it, and there was a rotten banana packed in the box. Yes. A rotten banana. Not joking. See the fragile little axle for the front wheel? It is big enough for a lot of groceries, but it is not strong enough to carry the volume it will hold.
