Pay attention to the height!

We didn't pay too much attention to the height in the description because in the picture, it looks like a standard-sized floor lamp. It's a lot shorter than we expected. Regardless, it still works well in the room we've placed it in. It helps to give the room that Caribbean feel. Overall, despite it's size, it's a nice-looking lamp.

The lamp works, which is the main thing. It also looks attractive in my living room. The seam on the shade, where it is glued together, is separating, however, and one of the little diagonal strips on the "waist" is missing; apparently it fell off at some point, as another strip is about to do. The problem seems to be failure of the glue to adhere. I will reglue these myself rather than send the lamp back, but the missing strip is really missing and is not hidden in the packing materials. Better quality control, please, Kenroy!
