For anyone with a broad-chested dog, I wanted to post a review in case it helps. I have a 77 pound rescued pit mix that is broad-chested, but kinda stubby. I ordered an XXL, but tailored it to fit him. He could not have gotten into a smaller size due to the chest width, but it was way too long for him, so I ended up cutting it off just above the pocket. Then I sewed velcro so that I can tuck each side up to avoid getting his back paws hung up inside the hoodie. It works great for him. I'm not a great seamstress, but I just want him to be warm in the house, I don't care so much how it looks. I have a coat for him if it's cold outside, but if I don't feel like taking this off of him when we go out for a walk, I just pull the back up to his shoulders so he doesn't pee on it.

Per size chart I bought XXLin gray. My dog's measurements are:
21-22" neck
31" girth
26-27" back
16" underbelly
65-71Lbs (varies)

The back was a bit long but in okay with that in fact I prefer it to be long vs short. All other areas fit well except the underbelly which was way too loose and too long!

I returned it and ordered one size down an XL in red. The underbelly on the XL was good the back was a tad shorter than what I prefer but what I really couldn't overlook was how tight the fit was in his chest and his neck. He's a skinny boy but has a big build and a lot of scruf to his neck. It was also tight to his front arms around his armpits.

I ordered this hoodie in "Bluebird" and the color was perfect for my cat's Sully (from Monster's Inc) costume! I know the sizing is for dogs, but I have a medium-sized cat and the size Small was perfect since he has the extra fluff!

The hoodie is a great foundation to creating a fun and unique pet costume. I used felt that I bought from the craft store and appliqued them onto the hoodie and it worked well with the fabric of this hoodie. I just wish they had the pocket in the belly, but I guess it doesn't make sense for a four-legged companion. Or maybe if there was an option for a pet hoodie with no pocket at all since it's not really necessary. The pocket got in the way of me putting more spikes down his back because the pocket got in the way of my hand sewing.

Would love it if they also offered these in yellow or white! I was thinking of making a Baymax or Pikachu costume next!

I have a 65 lbs pit bull and the XXL fits him perfectly.

Aw, my little siamese cat buddy looks so cute in this and it helps with his anxiety a lot. Double bonus! I use this as a 'thunder vest' type shirt for my cat who can't seem to handle the darkness/silence that comes with human bedtime very well. He sleeps like an angel right next to me when he wears this... rages and howls all night if I forget to put it on. I don't forget to put it on very often!!

I ordered this in a small and that should fit most cats 8-14lbs. It's good quality and is long enough for a cat's torso. Most small dog/cat sweaters aren't very long and only fall about halfway down their backs. This covers most of their belly and I think that is comforting, at least for my kitty.

I will be buying more!
