I bought this for a APC ES 550. A few years ago, I had purchased a replacement battery from this same Amazon link and received a battery that fit perfectly and lasted for three years. So when that battery failed, I came right back here and ordered another. The battery I received did not look like the previous one, the labeling and stuff was slightly different. No big deal. The problem was that the connectors were much smaller than on the original APC battery and the first replacement battery I'd received.
I contacted the seller. They responded the next day and said that the battery I received had .187" F1 connectors and needed one with .250" F2 connectors. They offered to send me an adapter for free. However, I had already ordered a new battery from a different Amazon page and received the correct battery. So the seller refunded my money quickly and with no hassle. So while the battery didn't fit correctly, my experience with the seller was stellar. That's why I gave 4 stars.
Just please note that the battery you order from Ace Comp Solutions might have connectors that are too small.
