I just opened my starburst packs getting ready for back to school night and found that I only have 20 of the 24 it says are in the box. I was going to use these for back to school, but now I don't have enough. My box was taped so I just thought they were trying to reinforce it not because they took some out. I am so not happy, now I have to figure out what to do before my students get here! :(
