It's easier if you use two people to set this up.

This does what it's supposed to do and looks nice when it's together. Keeps my 09 pontiac g6 out of the weather; my car is 1 foot longer than the structure, but I'm still able to zip up the door without hesitation and I have plenty of room.

I've been in the party rental business for 20 years and never set something like this up, but this isn't very big so I assembled it myself and althoug it wasn't physically hard, but an extra set of hands would have been very useful.

It took several hours to set up and none of the parts were separated. I spent over an hour separating the dozens of parts as well as dozens of bolts that were in one bag in which had three sizes that looked identical. Some of the pictures in the instructions were misleading and without written instructions along with the pictures it was frustrating trying to figure out what they were showing you. I ended up finding a video online to follow which made putting the material on the frame move along much smoother.

The material itself is about the thickness of a standard camping tent and wasn't very heavy. Use a small step ladder, crescent wrench and or socket wrench for assembly and be careful when tightening because the metal isn't very thick and will bend where the bolts go if you over tighten. The ratchets for the material are pretty flimsy, but they do the job.

I didn't secure this to the ground the way the directions said. I used separate ropes to attach the 4 anchors to. I then put the anchors in the four corners on the inside as the direction showed, but I tied the separate rope to the top crossbar to the anchor so the upper part of the frame has more support in strong winds.

As added support I pounded 2- 24" steel stakes on the outside of the tent (very close and one on each side in the middle of the structure) just below the bottom crossbars of the frame and attached a separate rope from the crossbar to the stake and then pounded the stake down a little farther to tighten.

I did it that way because I didn't want the stakes inside the tent and because since it is all enclosed there is no way to stick a rope out from the top crossbar of the tent to the outside. The flaps that are on the bottom of the tent allowed me to place a rope at that point without having to readjust anything. You can tie a rope from the upper cross bars to a stake on the inside too, but that's not how I did it. Tweak it anyway you want.

I've had this for two weeks and we've had some windy days. I live close to lake Michigan and so far it's held up just fine so all in all... I'm satisfied
Lots of parts, take your time and you will be fine

Mine came with all of its parts, shy one washer and plus a couple of nuts and bolts. It took two handy people about five hours to make - and we had a little complexity because our soil was extremely hard and we had to improvise to raise the structure about 18 inches. Height wise, be aware that the door is only six foot something (I don't know exactly anymore). We put in a 6x12 enclosed trailer just over 8 feet tall and needed to both (a) raise the whole carport 18 inches and (b) put the trailer in the carport before putting on the tarp. Taking the trailer out next season will be interesting.

You will spend a LOT of time sorting parts because there are a LOT of parts. I think we spent more time sorting than actually putting stuff together. Many of the parts are extremely similar to one another, so you need to be diligent. We only made one mistake that only cost us about five minutes to disassemble and reassemble. There are three sizes of bolts (and a LOT of them) that are the same diameter and extremely close to one another in length. So they needed to be sorted very carefully. It seems like the whole thing could have been standardized on the longest bolt at almost no cost and substantially simplify the build.

The bottom corners do not turn out very attractive because the tightening straps overlap one another. It is hard to explain, but once you build it you will understand that the marketing photo was carefully staged to make those corners more attractive. Not a big issue.

Having a 4 foot ladder was really helpful. Having a couple of impact drivers was also helpful for all of the nuts (of which there are legion).

The tarp is light weight, I would be surprised if it held up more than a couple seasons. The structure itself seems sturdy enough once everything is tightened up and staked down. Seems like it could use a little more triangulation since everything is made of basically horizontal and vertical pieces. We didn't have one with us - but a laser line would go a long way towards helping you square up the unit. The included instructions for squaring it are fine - but kind of a joke since the thing is so floppy un-staked that nothing really stays where you put it. Ours was square-"ish", and the cover went on and tightened down just fine. Perfect squaring seems like a mostly cosmetic issue.

Ultimately, it is what it is - a temporary shelter of light quality that should survive a couple of seasons. Two handy people could probably make a cheaper, more sturdy, more attractive, more custom, more square, solution out of concrete piers, 2x4's, plywood, and paint. That is what occurred to us when we were done.
Get top on before you install stakes in the ground.

Read the back of the instructions first. This definitely is not an "easy" install. Just screwing the metal rods in the ground will take a terminator depending on where you live, lol
Instructions are not good but it is doable.

My wife bought me a 6x8 metal shed for a workshop 🥺
It sits inside of this shelter. With an additional 9 ft of floor space I built I have room for my table tools.
Got it in time!

This is great for the price! Setting it up is a bit challenging without two or three strong people.
