The product works great but the instruction on how to run the rope through the pulley system was terrible. Fortunately I found someone that posted a video of the process because I was minutes away from returning it.
Also they need to find out better straps to mount closer to the ceiling. If I didn't have weep holes in my kayak that I could use to get the hooks closer to the roof I would have not been able to walk under it.

Followed advice I'd seen lots of other places to avoid the screws included with the kit, and got these installed quickly. Solid support, holds my 55lb kayak with ease. No concerns here. Cheap and effective, I'm very happy with the purchase.

I bought 2 sets of these so I could hang my kayaks in my garage. You could probably install these by yourself, but having a second person help makes it a lot east (Especially to hold them up and drill them in at the same time). They have been hanging in my garage for a few months now and are still as tight and solid as the day I put them up (I take my kayaks out about 2 times a week). I recommend this product.
