Mixed 8oz with a gray semi transparent (5 gallon) to get a pastel brown/tan...with just the slightest hint of a pink (but not bad at all). Anymore than 8oz whould probably not have made much difference....you'll never get a deep brown with a white/gray base.

I used the whole bottle in the color "Raw Sienna" to tint a 5 gallon can of white floor paint. With that ratio it turned out to be a golden yellow color. We were looking for more of a tan, so we also bought the tint in the color "Raw Umber" and used half the bottle of tint to get exactly the desired color. Extremely happy with the quality of the tint, and how it gave us the perfect shade!
