Caveat Emptor

Windlass delivered without all the components to install, then stopped working a month later. New windlass delivered (upgrade to a 46') and again, missing components to install. Very poor customer service. I would not recommend.

There was no problem installing this device on a houseboat using the supplied template. I was able to use this windlass only once before the season ended and it worked perfectly. If I am able, I will provide more feedback next season.
