I had a softball size road rash on the back of my leg, and after some digging found this. I fell on Wednesday, was wrapping it in nonstick gauze until Saturday when the Tegaderm arrived. I'm on day 3 of using Tegaderm, and my road rash has healed so much better in the last three days. The Tegaderm is keeping it moist and is a MUCH more comfortable dressing than nonstick gauze. Because of the location of it, the tegaderm does start to pull up after about a day, but that is more about placement and my ability to put it on than the tegaderm itself.

Not only does it keep it in place but for exercising and showering it works amazingly as absolutely sweat nor water gets in!
