A worthless ineffectual product. The desk looks as bad as it did before you used this product. The only stuff that worked was banned and now we have this "Eco-friendly" stuff. It's friendly all right. It's harmless and hapless.

Terrible product - even worse customer service. I am not sure what the other "good" reviews are about - unless they are fake or written by Wash Safe Industries employees. My wife and I spent 12 hours on our 425 square foot deck scrubbing with brushes/power washer trying to get the product to work. Now we are left with having to sand the deck down to bare wood as it left the wood very splotchy with dark spots all over - and the response I got from the company was I could buy more at a 25% discount if I wanted to do it again. Needless to say I do not recommend this product - it is a scam and the company does not stand by their "100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED" statement even after I offered to take photo's and send them to them for their review. To add to the problem we purchased the "special nozzle" which supposedly will not damage/fray cedar - it does even with the pressure turned down, as well as the "Cedar Seal" which Wash Safe Industries will take back IF I pay a 25% restocking fee plus shipping.
