Exelent proudoct very save help me a lot.
Needed work, clamps for toilet bowl are not what is pictured

Did not come as shown. All 4 Clamps that attach to toilet bowl are like the ones shown on front of seat, not the clamps that tighten as shown on rear of seat in pic. Started to put clamps to seat and the bracket the clamps thread into had not been "tapped/threaded" so I took seat to Ace Hardwear and they made things right.

The product itself is fine The rear brackets do not lock, therefore it is not as pictured and can pitch forward.. This can be dangerous, but luckily I had some old locking brackets that fit. The "screws" that you can adjust do eventually rust. I used to use the padded version, but it is not made with the closed seat anymore. It seems these products are much less reliable than when Lumex actually owned the company.

I don't like the four clamps that came on it. didn't realize that all the raised seats didn't come with locking clamps in the back until I opened the box when it arrived. Both of the seats just had 4 clamps. When I saw the problem I immediately went back online to check it out. When ordering the seats, every photo I looked at had the locking clamps. I chose the ones I did because of price. I couldn't see paying more at one place than another. There wasn't a photo on the one I ordered and I just didn't see that the model number was a number different. My handicap toilet has an elongated bowl and the clamps do not work as well as the locking clamps. I called and found out what the part number was for the locking clamps and ordered 4 of them.
I bought my first Lumex Versa Height Raised Toilet Seat in 1982. The product is the best there is as far as I'm concerned, I won't use any other.
