I love the honey so much I bought it again :) Goes great on toast, peanut butter, in my tea when I want a little rich sweetness. Packaged well as well. Pricey but a nice way to treat myself

This is one the best tasting honey I've had (and I consider myself a self-proclaimed honey expert). It has a really well-balanced and bright taste, wonderful to add to your oatmeal or just devour a spoonful with a cup of tea before bedtime.
Great for adding another layer of taste to your meal

If you have never tried white honey before you will be amazed. It goes great on top of English Muffins, breads and the like , but what it excels at is in cooking. Try a little on your Pork Chops with some Teriyaki sauce and ginger or how about mixing it in with some butter and topping off that steak you just took off the grill. Only a small amount is need to add a wallop of taste.
but a nice subtle hint of sweetness

Just tried this with my oatmeal this morning. Interesting. Not the same flavor as regular honey, but a nice subtle hint of sweetness. I think I'm going to like this a lot.
