Beautiful piece of furniture with a useful purpose! It was not too heavy to move into the house, fairly simple to attach shelves, and arrived in perfect condition. Shipping took longer than expected, but the weird weather this spring defeated even prime...LOL

A very nice CD/DVD cabinet. After ordering a couple of different models that were of very cheap and flimsy quality, I was pleasantly surprised by this cabinet. It requires no assembly other than placing the shelves in it. The only odd thing about this item is that the pin placement holes for the top shelf on the swing out door places the shelf too close to the top of the cabinet for vertical CD placement.. You can move the pins down to the next notch, but a lot of space is wasted that way. This lack of height on the top shelf requires that CDs be laid flat, rather than vertically, and that reduces the number of CDs that the top shelf can hold (compared to all the other shelves). Overall, however, a functional and very nice looking multimedia storage cabinet.

The wood verneer on outside of cabinet was bubbled and damaged in many places. Inside, the pre-drilled holes for 4 of the shelves were incorrectly spaced. I was unable to even store small CD cases on those shelves. The space-saving design is well thought out, but don't recommend wasting your you money on such shoddy manufacturing..

This just what I've been looking for. I just moved into a new house and this cabinet fits in perfectly with the decor of my living room. The carton arrived a day ahead of schedule and was very well packed. The cabinet required no assembly but to put in the pins in that support the shelves. The finish (espresso) looks like what you would find on a unit costing much more. The only fault I can find with it is that the door sags ever so slightly under the weight of the CDs which causes a bit of a gap in the opening on the upper left corner of the door. This is no big deal and I would still recommend this item.
