I'm a gunsmithing student so I use these files almost every day and absolutely love them, one of the best purchases I have made on amazon. they cut very well and have some flex so you don't have to worry to much about snapping them. On the flip side they do flex some so don't expect them to be as ridged as a regular file. These files are an exceptional quality.

Very well made files. Kinda wish I'd bought Grobet at this price point. These are made in Europe which is a good thing. American files for the most part have become foreign made junk. Time will tell about the quality. This set does contain some arcane file profiles. A smaller set would probably be a better value. Be aware that even being a #2 cut in a range of 0 to 6, 6 being the finest, they are still very fine toothed files.
