they are fantastic.

The buckles on these are a little awkward, but they helped me do a full gut-rehab on my place. If you are a full-time professional I would suggest to step up a few price points as all-day comfort just isn't there. But for DIY or part time use, they are fantastic.
seem to be having a problem with rivets shearing off ...

seem to be having a problem with rivets shearing off on several pair of these we have. seem to be cheaply made.
Work great. People should learn to read the instructions.

I've had stilts before, but sold them because I thought I'd never need them again. Then I hired guys to finish the sheetrock in my remodel house--and realized pretty quickly I'd be repairing their incompetent work for weeks to come. Where'd all the competent drywall finishers go? Oh, yeah, the border wall foolishness. Make America Not Have Smooth Drywall Again. Anyway, these, like all stilts, take time to assemble and adjust. Keep a 6' A-ladder backed up against a wall (so you don't fall flat and HARD on your gluteus maximus) and have the few necessary tools handy (#2 Philips screwdriver, 11mm or 7/16" open-end and ratchet). They fit me fine, but I could see the calf/knee stabilizer plates being a little too tight for anyone with big legs. Been using them all day. But then I foolishly noticed some of the other reviews. Honestly. READ. THE. INSTRUCTIONS. Anyone who says they 'force' you to walk knock-kneed is a complete moron. Sorry, that offends you? Get over it. M.O.R.O.N. There's an in/out stabilizer adjustment bolt SPECIFICALLY called out in the instructions for that. Loosen it, move outboard, no more knock-knee, be happy. Some people shouldn't be allowed to BUY anything, much less leave 1-star reviews on Amazon. Maybe we can send THEM over the wall instead of the people that are actually good at finishing sheetrock. The FIRST time.
Great Stilts for Occasional use

I have never been on stilts before in my life. It took about 2-Hours and I got the hang of it. I had to drywall a 32' x 26' garage and these made the job so much easier.
I give the stilts 5-Stars, because of PRICE..... yes there are some "cheap" things on these..... and if you are going to use these daily I would recommend a stilt that costs 2-3 times more..... But for someone that is going to use these occasionally.... They work great.
In my garage job.... I was on these a total time of about 12 hours (tape, mud & texture).
At first it took me about 20 minutes to get these things on my legs....... after a few times on-off, I had mastered it.... and it only took moments for me to get them on-off.
One thing you have to remember...... Is you need something HIGH to sit on while trying to get up on these!!!
there are better stilts out there
Michael Skalberg✓ Verified PurchaseNovember 22, 2017
there are better stilts out there, but for this price they are worth it. They rattle quite a bit while walking. I have tried tightening and lubricating everything and they still make some weird noises. but overall they are worth what I paid.

if you have bad or weak knees I would not suggest buying these either. they do put quite a bit of pressure on your joints.
