This is unacceptable to ship a customer a product like this.

I ordered two 8" cleats and received them today. Unfortunately, I cannot use them. The bottoms are not flat as they should be, and the cleat rolls back and forth. This defeats the purpose of having a base, and they will not fasten to my dock in a solid and stable manner. This is unacceptable to ship a customer a product like this.
