Be aware of eye relief

The only reason I can't give this a 5 star is the eye relief. I do not wear glasses and if I did I am not sure if I could use these. I am little worried that someday that I might wear glasses and my Swaro 80 mm I plan to be a once in a lifetime purchase or at least to last 20 years. I bought the best so I won't be wanting to trade up and see what is better out there. To use the eye piece I have to have it all the way in, in the position where people with glasses us it.
To the quality of the eyepiece. It is the best. It is crystal clear and the wide angle is great. I am glad bought it. I don't think I would use up to 60 mm if I had the other. I use this at mostly 25-40mm. I watched some deer at almost a mile away last week and could see every detail, like they were in front of me. I wish Swaro would make a wide angle 15-45mm. I think that would be the ultimate. Other scopes have it. I guess that will be my upgrade someday but I can't wait for many years of exploring with these.

As others have mentioned, this eyepiece is the best and worth every penny. Good zoom range gives coverage for almost all viewing conditions and the clarity and resolution allows you to pick out every detail. I use this with the Swarovski Optik STM-80 Spotting Scope and it is an amazing set-up.
Swarvoski 25-50X Eyepiece

Great power range for an eyepiece to be used with the ATM/STM 65 Spotting scope body. I very impressed with the resolution at 50X and the large field of view at 25X. The higher magnification version 20-60x has a narrower field of view and I feel that the 60X is not as usable as atmospheric conditions and tripod shake become the limiting factors of using 60X.

Great Eye Piece

This is an excellent, high quality eye piece. I have mine attached to an Swarovski ATM 80 HD spotting scope and the views are spectacular. At 50x zoom I was easily able to read a highway sign that was a mile and a quarter away! And I am talking about seeing the entire sign which has to be 25', 30' wide! Clear as day! With this eyepiece, you are seeing detail in objects a mile or 2 miles away that can't even be seen with the naked eye. I focussed in on a water tower that was at least 2 miles away.....through the naked eye, you could only see the tower. through the scope, you could make out the image of a hawk sitting atop the water tower....2 miles out!
Combined with the Swarovski ATM 80HD,,,,you literally gain a "super power"....the ability to see things well beyond the range of the human eye is something that you have to experience to understand. Amazing!
