I like this very much. Do wish it were a bit taller as some tub butters are not all the same size to fit. Otherwise, I love not having the exposed butter tub sitting on my table. This is far more attractive.

The inside of the tub is 2-3/4" deep, the entire item is 3-9/16" including the knob on the top. It is not 4" deep, it is not 5" deep. It is however 5" in diameter on the inside, tapering down to 4-3/10".
It is too small for most margarine tubs. When is someone going to make one that fits a a 4" x 5" tub?

Promise margarine tub doesn't fit. Would be nice if a plastic liner was included, that way just scoop margarine from any size tub, rather than cutting & trying to refit.

It's usable, but too short for the "I can't believe it's not butter"container that it was purchased for, have to cut down the top of it to put lid on it. Nice product.
