Best whole wheat matzo out there. And whole wheat matzo has far better for you than the regular stuff. Yehuda gets it right...tastes great, and nice thin, good texture. Lower in calories than bread...great any time of year.

Unfortunately, any whole wheat matzo seems almost impossible to find in my area of Florida, though in the past, it not been. This is the easiest, fastest way to get some if live in a place where it's just not on supermarket shelves. very convenient. Shows up at your door in two days.

I'm not Jewish and had no idea what a Matso was but I wanted a cracker low in salt. These have almost no salt and are all wheat. They are made in Israel. Basically a super thin cracker that appears burned on one side. They are also super good! Each box comes individually wrapped in plastic for freshness. My only complete complaint is that once the box is opened it doesn't stay closed.

Five one pound boxes bound together. Some where in the delivery, the box dropped, or bumped. Almost everyone of the 5 boxes had broken pieces. Not very good handling of a sensitive product. But I thoroughly enjoyed whole wheat matzo.

My husband eschews salt and fats and too many carbs--and is generally hard to please. He enjoys matzo with his lunch, but we find it hard to find no-salt-added whole wheat matzo in local stores. So when I found this on amazon.com I was very happy to order it and to know that we won't have trouble finding it again.

Whole wheat matzos are hard to find in my locality, but I prefer the nutritional value and whole wheat taste of them over those made with white flour. These are plain matzos with no salt added. That gives them diminished salty taste but more flexibility.
To use with meals or salads, I brush one side of them with salad dressing (I use Italian), place them brushed side up on a cookie sheet and set in a preheated 350 degree oven for five minutes. This makes them crunchy and tasty. For a special sweet treat, I use one of the chocolate or toffee recipes found on the Martha Stewart website. These treats have become a highly requested item on certain special occasions.
I also like to carefully melt cheese over them in the microwave to create a sort of pizza effect.
I have ordered these annually for the past four years, and have never been disappointed.
